Our programs are unique to each and every client and incorporate corrective exercise, functional bodybuilding principals, and an appropriate dose of intensity. For those training remotely your experience will differ very little. Your training will be based on your movement assessment and functional diagnosis, goals, and regular communication with an assigned coach.
Each client will have access to our app where you can view your upcoming workout, watch demos of each movement to ensure sound and safe mechanics when training alone, and a place to leave notes or comments.
Train anywhere and anytime that works best for you. This is a great option for those who live too far to see us in person, travel often, or have irregular schedules.
Although we don't shy away from a challenge, we understand syncing up calendars can be difficult. We are located right downtown where we are easily accessible from all of Sarasota. Take advantage of our semi-private, remote, or hybrid memberships to create even more flexability.
